The Company shall not disclose personal information to third parties without the User's consent, except in the following cases: • When required by law • When disclosing candidate information to recruiting companies to the extent necessary for the matching function of the Service (limited to information that the User has set to be public in advance) • When providing statistically processed or anonymized data to third parties for aggregation and analysis
As the Service operates across China, Japan, and other countries, users' personal information may be stored and processed across borders. • Under Chinese law (PIPL — Personal Information Protection Law of China, 个人信息保护法, Articles 38–40), when transferring personal information of users residing in China to outside China (Japan, United States, etc.), cross-border transfer consent is obtained separately through a dedicated, independent checkbox. Agreement to these Terms alone does not constitute consent to cross-border transfer. • When transferring personal information of users residing in the EU, contracts compliant with the GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) shall be concluded. • Destination countries: Japan, United States (Vercel / Supabase), and other necessary regions • Purpose of cross-border transfer: job matching, AI evaluation, interview coordination, profile management • Categories of recipients: cloud infrastructure providers (Vercel, Supabase) and recruiting company personnel
The Company implements the following security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information: • Encrypted communication (HTTPS / TLS 1.2 or higher) • Strict access control via database Row Level Security (RLS) • Encrypted storage of OAuth tokens (pgcrypto) • Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
Personal information is retained to the extent necessary to achieve the purpose of use and is promptly deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. After withdrawal, information shall be retained for the period prescribed by law (Electronic Bookkeeping Act, etc.).
